NON8 Torched Apple & Oolong
Zero-alcohol, built with the same techniques and ambition as wine — not a de-alcoholised stand-in for it.
Amber liquid, rich nose, crisp apple acidity. Made from orchard apples, caraway seed, cacao nib, oolong, keemun, burnt sugar, ginger root, Murray River salt, verjus and water, with a touch of natural mushroom extract (contains sulphites). Pairs particularly well with lobster rolls and spicy Asian food.
NON was founded by Aaron Trotman, a Melbourne-based serial entrepreneur and self-described foodie, on a mission to redefine what a non-alcoholic drink could be — not a de-alcoholised wine, but something built from scratch using the same production methods and layered flavour profiles as wine itself. Every NON is a balancing act of floral, tannin, salinity and acidity, bottled in bold, minimalist packaging that doesn't apologise for skipping the alcohol.

Same Day Delivery is possible for orders between Tuesday - Sunday, and is conditional on whether we have the wines available at our storefront. Look out for products listed here
Select "Local Delivery" shipping option upon checkout, and orders made by 6PM would be able to be delivered same day

Otherwise, we provide a cheaper Standard Delivery option that would have your wines delivered within 3 business days

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
