Muchada-Leclapart Elixir 2021
Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Moscatel de Chipiona from 45-year-old vines. The muscatel comes from the El Camino del Puerto del Pago Abulagar plot (0.7 hectares) of sandy and red clay soils
Taste Profile: A pure Muscat from Chipiona with aromas of orange blossom and brine, as well as hints of ginger. Medium-bodied, bright, and energetic, with a delicate saline profile.
Winemaking Process: Fermented and vinified in used Bordeaux barrels (from 2013) for 9-10 months. Spontaneous fermentation; no rectification of any kind. Minimal initial sulfite treatment. Worked on the lees. Unfiltered and uncooled. Fined with low-intensity bentonite starting in 2018.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
