Junmai Daiginjo Muroka Nama Yamahai Genshu
Rice: Yamada Nishiki, Gin no Sato, Gohyakumangoku
Alcohol: 17.3%
Polish rate: 50%
A truly unique sake. Not only is it made with Gin no Sato polished to 50%, it is also Yamahai, a traditional starter ferment. There are not many expressions of Daiginjo that are also Yamahai.
