Grape Varietal & Region: 100% Traminer from Achtele and Slovenské, one of the first vineyards that Milan’s parents planted themselves. The fruit is planted on loess, clay & chernozem soils
Taste Profile: A vibrant skin contact white, offeirng floral notes (lychee, rose) and minerality with light fizz, known for its zesty acidity, low-intervention style, and suitability for Asian cuisine
Winemaking Process: The grapes are hand-harvested together and left to macerate on skins for 4 days. They see 10 hours of pneumatic press in the first half of fermentation; then undergo spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast in old 3000-litre Stockinger oak barrels. Lays undisturbed for ~2 years on its fine lees. No fining, filtration, or added sulfur.

Same Day Delivery is possible for orders between Tuesday - Sunday, and is conditional on whether we have the wines available at our storefront. Look out for products listed here

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
