A limited edition single vineyard estate wine, released only in select vintages
Grape Varietals & Region: 80% Tempranillo, 20% Mazuelo from vines averaging 50 years old. The fruit is picked from the La Victoria sub-plot, grown on gravel with a high percentage of limestone.
Taste Profile: Hacienda Pradologar is a harmonious blend of the elegance and precision of the Tempranillo and the generosity and roundness of our Mazuelo. A delightful wine with a prolonged finish that reveals its extraordinary qualities little by little. Represents concentration, intensity and longevity. Will grow in value over time in the bottle, where the various elements are perfected assembled
Winemaking Process: Manual harvesting in 12 kg boxes, according to the maturity and variety of each plot. The grape bunches went into refrigeration chambers within minutes of being picked. They were kept overnight at a controlled temperature of between 6-8º C before being hand selected the following day on the harvest table.
Production in tanks was adapted according to each type of soil. Indigenous yeast was used from the various plots. For the ageing process, different types of oak were employed depending on the individual fruit and softness of the tannins in the final coupage or blend of grapes.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
