Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Chardonnay from Meursault, Burgundy. The fruit was planted on clay, limestone soils, farmed organically, coming from Bastien's own vineyards in Savigny-lès-Beaune and fruit from growers in La Rochepot
Taste Profile: Subtle but complex, featuring notes of honeysuckle, citrus, pineapple, and a hint of vanilla or white pepper. On the palate, energetic and mineral with high acidity. It displays a "zippy" balance between fresh citrus, yellow fruits (nectarine/apricot), and a distinctive saline or iodine finish
Winemaking Process: Direct pressed in stainless steel. The juices are cooled only once prior fermentation, then letting the temperature increase naturally in order to start the fermentation gently. Aged in different sized barrels for 12 months.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
