Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Sauvignon Blanc from Touraine in the Loire Valley, France
Taste Profile: An aromatic white, boasting a deep yellow hue with golden highlights. On the nose, it is robust and profound, exuding citrus aromas, pineapple, and elderflower. The palate experiences a tapestry of complexity and vivacity, refined and sophisticated, with nuances of fresh timber. Exquisitely delicate with a saline finish.
Winemaking Process: The wine is fermented & aged in oak barrels of which 20% are new. The must spontaneously ferments with indigenous yeasts, and matures for 18 months in ex-Coche-Dury barrels.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
