Description
Le Coste di Gradoli Litrozzo Bianco 2021
Le Coste di Gradoli Litrozzo Bianco is incredibly drinkable but not simple. Hazy gold colour. Citrus and spice fill the nose, leading you to a savoury palate with a bright acidity and blinding freshness. Crunchy pomelo, rich mango and salty starfruit flavours made complex by hints of basil and verbena.
Blend of mainly Procanico and Malvasia with a little Roscetto, Verdello, Petino and Romanesco. The fruit comes from vines growing in volcanic soils that are rich in iron and minerals. The certified organic vineyard is tended to using organic and biodynamic practices. The vineyard is located near the volcanic Lake Bolsena in Gradoli, Central Italy. Sitting at an altitude of 450 metres, the vines experience a mild climate is not quite Mediterranean nor continental.
