Grape Varietals & Region: Considered the Queen or Armenian grapes the name of this ancient variety translates as golden berry. Grapes are grown on 40-60 year old south-facing vineyards with volcanic soil, situated at 1500m above sea level.
Taste Profile: Full rich dry white wine with intense light golden yellow very brilliant color and moderate tears. Spicy nose with pome fruit and twigs. Strong taste attack, mouth-filling with a strong character, juicy ripe acids and a spicy aftertaste. Widely applicable at brunches and receptions with a wide range of snacks. Characterful companion of white meat and poultry or still hard cheeses
Winemaking Process: Hand harvested, ripe and deeply concentrated in flavor grapes are hand sorted, barrel fermented, and barrel aged in Caucasian oak for 12 months
