Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Pinot Noir from Buckinghamshire, England. The vineyard sits on an ancient Thames gravel terrace, where water flowed about 450,000 years ago. For thousands of years, the Thames cut down into the gravel and chalk, and left a terrace with steep slopes with large deposits of flint gravel, mixed into thick orange clay lying on top of the chalk. This is the classic ‘Thames Terroir’ and exists all around the valley at various heights above sea level
Taste Profile: Gold with fine effervescence. Red berry aromas mingled with freshly-baked brioche, on an elegant, restrained and fresh with a softness that is balanced by a pure line of natural acidity that gives it a mouthwatering character
Winemaking Process: 80% of this wine is fermented using natural wild yeast in a selection of different-sized oak barrels. Aged on the lees for 36 months

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
