Grape Varietals & Region: A blend of Grüner Veltliner and Welschriesling, the fruit come from 35 year old vines planted on gravel & limestone soils in Burgenland, Austria

Taste Profile: A dry white wine with aromas of white flowers, ripe melon and kiwi. On the palate it is pleasant, bright and full of energy

Winemaking Process: The fruit goes through spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in wooden barrels for 8 months
