Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Nebbiolo, cultivated in vineyards at an altitude of 235-515 meters on clayey-calcareous soil from plants of about 35 years of age.
The fruit come from the Rabaja cru, but are made up of selections that do not make the cru label. Planted on limestone and clay soil rich in minerals and stratified
Taste Profile: A balanced and full-bodied red wine that comes from an aging of 18 months in oak barrels. The nose smells like ripe red fruit, hints of sweet spices, toasted scents and vanilla. On the palate it is structured, long and of excellent freshness, with a pleasant tannin.
Winemaking Process: Undergoes about 30 days of maceration, followed by ageing for 18 months in Slavonian oak barrels ranging in size of 17 to 25 hectolitres and in age of 5/6 years minimum. Minimum 6 months of maturing in the bottle before being released for sale.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
