Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Shiraz coming from Wrattonbully, South Australia

Taste Profile: Refreshing & light, the wine has aroma of plums and Christmas spice. When it comes to the palate, this wine brings cherries and spice and is juicy with a hint of oak complexity

Winemaking Process: Half of this wine comes from older vintages which have been fermented in an open top fermenter then aged in oak barrels for at least 2 years. The other half comes from the current vintage which has been fermented in stainless. With all vintages chosen being exceptional vintages, the result is strong varietal characters making them perfect for a NV blend.

Fruity & Rich Desserts

Characterised by notes of rich fruit jam/compote with a touch of spice, expect notes of prunes, plums, chocolate and spice.
