This wine is a tribute to the majestic Etna volcano in Sicily, where the grapes are grown in the volcanic soils, resulting in a wine with distinctive character and depth.
The winemaking process for Donnafugata Cuordilava Dolce Gabbana Etna Rosso 2019 starts with hand-harvested Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grapes from the vineyards located on the slopes of Mount Etna. These grapes are grown in the mineral-rich, volcanic soils that are unique to the region, giving the wine its terroir-driven characteristics. The grapes are carefully fermented and aged in oak barrels to enhance their complexity and depth.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
