The village-level entry point into a Chablis estate that's farmed the same Kimmeridgian soil since 1640.
Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Chardonnay, a blend of five well-regarded parcels split almost evenly between the left and right banks of the Serein river — Domaine Pinson's village-level Chablis, sitting below the estate's six premier crus and Grand Cru Les Clos but drawing from the same Kimmeridgian marl that defines the appellation. The soil is a 180-million-year-old formation of clay and limestone packed with tiny fossilized oyster shells, running from Dorset's Kimmeridge village down through Champagne and into Chablis.
Taste Profile: Rounded, juicy fruit paired with a chalky, crisp finish and aromas of oyster shell — power and freshness in balance, the archetypal Chablis combination of ripeness and mineral tension.
Winemaking Process: Fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel — no oak at all, letting the Kimmeridgian terroir come through unfiltered by wood influence.
Winemaker: Charlène Pinson and her father Laurent apply the same site-first philosophy to this village-level bottling as they do to the estate's grander crus — Domaine Pinson has been working this soil since 1640, and even the "entry point" wine carries that weight of experience.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
