Domaine Mayard Chateauneuf-du-Pape Rouge 2023
Grape Varietals & Region: A blend of Grenache, Mourvèdre, Cinsault, from the Mayard estate in Chateauneuf du Pape in the Rhone Valley, France. The vines are planted on sandy soils with rolled pebbles
Taste Profile: A fine & layered wine, it is ripe yet balanced. Black fruits, sweet spices, and garrigue form a vibrant bouquet. The palate is both deep and fresh, with great precision. Tannins are present but polished, offering elegant structure. A harmonious wine, true to the Châteauneuf-du-Pape spirit.
Winemaking Process: Fermentations are carried out with partially-destemmed grapes, native yeasts, and without sulfur. Maceration lasts around 40 days and aging is wooden vats for the first year, then in concrete vats before bottling after 18 months.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
