Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Chardonnay from Arbois in Jura, France. The fruit grows on soils of red marl from the Triassic period and dolomites.
Taste Profile: The 100% Chardonnay opens on a generous and arousing nose of butter and brioche, vanilla and ripe apples. The palate demonstrates great balance between bitterness, acidity and generosity, especially with this honey-ish flavour coming along. After 6 seconds, the wine bursts with more flavours
Winemaking Process: Manual Harvest. Unfiltered. Direct pressing of whole clusters and fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Elevage of 2 years, 75% in 400-liter barrels and 25% in terracotta amphorae. Organic certified. Demeter certified

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
