Grape Varietals & Region: A classic Southern Rhône blend predominantly composed of Grenache and Cinsault. The grapes are sourced from the "Fangueiron" sector located in the southern part of the prestigious Châteauneuf-du-Pape AOC in France. The estate's old vines average roughly 60 years of age. They thrive in a distinct terroir characterised by sandy soils mixed with galets roulés (the region's iconic rounded stones and pebbles) and stony alluvium.
Taste Profile: An exceptionally elegant, fresh, and precision-driven style of Châteauneuf-du-Pape that intentionally runs counter to the traditional, heavy, and oak-forward profiles of the appellation. Features an intense, highly aromatic nose showing notes of ripe raspberry, cherry, black licorice, and peppery wild herbs (garrigue). On the palate, it is enveloping and wonderfully fluid, balancing juicy, lively acidity with fine, melted, and well-integrated tannins. It boasts an extraordinary finesse and a clean, lifted finish that emphasizes the purity of its fruit over raw power.
Winemaking Process: Crafted by young, new-generation winemaker Eugénie Avias, who champions highly precise and delicate extraction. The vineyard is managed via sustainable agriculture with completely manual vine care and mechanical soil tillage to preserve soil health. Grapes are hand-harvested and strictly sorted. Vinification is carried out using whole-cluster fermentation to maximize aromatic freshness and lift. Instead of aggressive punching down, the juice is gently infused with the grape skins. To retain maximum fruit clarity and avoid woody, opulent characteristics, the wine is aged for 12 months entirely in stainless steel vats before bottling

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
