Domaine Alexandre Bonnet Blanc de Noirs Extra Brut NV
Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Pinot Noir from the Cotes des Bar in Champagne, France. A blend of Pinot Noirs from a variety of the estate’s vineyards, this wine expresses the fine and fruity signature of the Les Riceys terroir. The fruit grows on a variety of limestone and marls from the Kimmeridgian Jurassic era; cool and sunny semi-continental climate of southern Champagne
Taste Profile: Clear, yellow with gold glints. Refined and complex fruit aromas with white (pear) and yellow (peach) fruit, rhubarb, floral (acacia, honeysuckle), a touch of spice (thyme, pepper) and a refreshing hint of citrus (grapefruit and lemon). Full, delicious, lively and balanced with a long and saline finish.
Winemaking Process: The wine is made using cultured yeasts & natural malolactic fermentation, followed by 36 months on the lees, disgorging with a low dosage

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
