Description
Demeter Zoltán Szerelmi Hárslevelű 2018
Demeter Zoltán Szerelmi Hárslevelű is a single vineyard wine from the oldest “Grand Cru” site of Tokaj region. Opens with a pleasant nose of honey and flowers. The dense palate is dry, creamy and lively all at the same time. Juicy flavours of sweet peaches, juicy pear, minerals and vanilla on the long finish.
100% Hárslevelű. The fruit comes from the Szerelmi vineyard in Tokaj, an old-growth, loess-soil vineyard found at an altitude of 170 meters.
Wine fermentation and maturation takes place in the cellar of a historic house built in 1790 in the town of Tokaj.
