Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough, New Zealand. The fruit comes from the Ashmore Farm in the Wairau Valley
Taste Profile: A "dialed down" approach to the typical loud Marlborough style, focusing instead on texture, purity, and minimal intervention.
Aromas of spiced pears, papayas, seaweed, lemon-peel confit, and orange blossoms. On the palate, medium-bodied with notes of yellow plum, yellow apple, honeysuckle, and a chalky, salty mineral finish
Winemaking Process: Wild-yeast fermentation; 65% in stainless steel and 35% in old 500L French oak barrels. 100% malolactic fermentation to soften acidity, and lees aging for enhanced mouthfeel.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
