Grape Varietals & Region: 70% Grenache Noir, 25% Syrah, 5% Viognier blend from the Cape South Coast. The vines are grown on decomposed Bokkeveld shale on clay-loam

Winemaking Process: Hand harvested & fermented in stainless steel tanks

Crisp & Dry Rosé

Provence rose is going to be the classic representation of this wine style. Usually, these roses emit a salmon pink hue, and Cinsault is a common grape varietal to make these wines, but Syrah & Pinot noir are other rising varietals to produce wines in a similar style
