Grape Varietals & Region: Chamisal Vineyards Pinot Noir SLO 2021 is a beautiful expression of the unique terroir of San Luis Obispo County.

Taste Profile: With a bright ruby color and aromas of dark cherry, black raspberry, and baking spices, this wine delivers a complex and satisfying palate. The fruit-forward flavors are balanced by a subtle acidity and supple tannins, leading to a long and elegant finish.

Winemaking Process: The winemaking process involves hand-picked grapes from estate vineyards, which are fermented in small batches to preserve their unique characteristics. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 11 months in French oak barrels, which adds subtle hints of vanilla and spice to the final product.
