Grape Varietals & Region: 40% Xarel-lo, 30% Macabeo, 30% Parellado, from the Cava DO in Spain from a diversity of microclimates

Taste Profile: Pale yellow in color. Well balanced, elegant & clean cava with brioche character & floral notes. Long persistent after taste with ripe fruit & ageing

Winemaking Process: Champagne method. Spends over 22 months in bottle.
