Bolyki Egri Csillag 2021

Grape varietal and region: The fruit for this wine comes from Bolyki's Közébérc and Hajdúhegy vineyards, which have brown forest soils and experience a cool climate.

Taste profile: Bolyki Egri Csillag has enticing floral aromas framed by grapefruit and lime citrus accents. Crisp palate of white peach that ends in a chalky mineral finish.

Winemaking process: Fermentation in chilled stainless steel tanks. Bottling after a short ageing and a good proportion of blending.
