Bessa Valley Enira Petite Syrah 2019

Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Syrah from the Thracian Valley, Bulgaria

Taste Profile: Lively, dark ruby color. Profound, typical varietal aromas of blueberries, tobacco, milk chocolate, and toasted bread. It displays full body, medium-high tannin content, nice softness, and homogeneity in the taste. Persistent and tender aftertaste.

Winemaking Process: After a manual harvest, the fruit is destemmed & macerates in concrete tanks. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation, and ages in French oak for 12 months, of which 50% is new

Shouldered & Powerful Reds

Powerful modern reds with the ability to age. They tend to be very intense, with ripe fruit, firm tannins & drinkability either young or cellared.

They often have notes of forest floor, blackcurrant, mint & eucalyptus
