Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Petit Verdot from the Thracian Valley, Bulgaria

Taste Profile: This deep purple dry wine has an eccentric astringent taste of black berries with unique herbal aromas, such as violet, lavender, sage and lilac notes.

Winemaking Process: After a manual harvest, the fruit is destemmed & macerates in concrete tanks. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation, and ages in French oak for 18 months, of which 100% is new

After maturation, only selected barrels are used for this wine

Powerful modern reds with the ability to age. They tend to be very intense, with ripe fruit, firm tannins & drinkability either young or cellared.
