For this bottled cocktail, Giancarlo Mancino (bartender, bar consultant and creator of Mancino Vermouth and Rinomato Aperitivo ) teamed up with family business Castello Monte Vibiano and dreamed up a stunning yet simple combination for his very own Bellini: Trentino peach puree -South Tyrol and delicate Moscatel sparkling wine.
With its delicate, fresh notes and balanced, fine acidity, the Sei Bellissimi Bellini goes perfectly with brunch, dinner and all kinds of appetizers!
