Bedrock Wine Co. was started in 2007 by Morgan Twain-Peterson. Working out of a small converted chicken coop in a friend’s backyard, Morgan focused on making personality-filled wines wrought from a small array of thoughtfully farmed vineyards.

Bedrock Wine Co. The Whole Shebang! Red NV is a red wine blend produced by winemaker Morgan Twain-Peterson. His version of a humble, yet soul-satisfying, Côtes du Rhône

Grape Varietals & Region: Predominately Zinfandel in the make-up, the composition of this mediterranean style blend also contains Carignan, Grenache, Petite Sirah, Alicante Bouschet, Barbera and Mourvèdre sourced from California vineyards. It is a tribute to the old field blends that were common in California before the advent of varietal labeling.

Taste Profile: The wine is a deep ruby color with aromas of ripe blackberries, cherries, and black pepper. On the palate, it is juicy and full-bodied with flavors of dark fruit, baking spices, and a hint of vanilla. The tannins are firm yet silky, leading to a long and satisfying finish. The Whole Shebang! Red NV is a versatile wine that pairs well with a variety of foods and occasions, making it a popular choice among wine enthusiasts.

Winemaking Process: The grapes are hand picked, native yeast fermented, aged in French Oak barrels (some new). Fresh and ripe and beautiful. A multi-vintage wine produced by Bedrock Wine Co.
