Taste Profile: The nose is an expression of blackberry, sweet dark plums, mint, and hints of soft leather. With round structure, the Cuvée du Patron has subtle tannins and notes of smoked walnut and a long-lasting silky finish

Winemaking Process: This wine is a refined blend of the winery's best red wine barrels carefully selected by the founder and winemaker. 12 months in French oak barrels
