Since its founding in 1971 by David and Ginny Adelsheim, the winery has become synonymous with terroir excellence and a passion for wine. The vineyards span 80 hectares in the idyllic Chehalem Mountains, where volcanic soils and microclimates enable exceptional diversity. The Adelsheim family—the first winemakers in the Chehalem Mountains—emphasizes not only the importance of environmentally friendly wine production but also social responsibility
Taste Profile: This Chardonnay unfolds a bouquet of summer honeysuckle, crisp pears, and a subtle breeze of lemon, fused with soft notes of vanilla and subtle toast. On the palate, the wine is slender and elegant, with a harmonious interplay of mineral freshness, creamy lemon curd and a hint of toasted almond bread.
Winemaking Process: Expertly aged in French oak barrels, this Chardonnay underwent malolactic fermentation, giving it its unique creaminess and complexity

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
