Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Sangiovese from the Shays Flat Vineyard in Victoria, Australia. It is on the western edge of the Victorian Pyrenees, deep in the Landsborough Valley. The fruit is planted on deep red soils rich in shattered quartz, schist, ironstone, and clay
This label holds a special place in the LATTA Vino story, being the parcel that sparked the negociant idea, and the parcel that Owen worked with before making the LATTA label official & commercially available
Taste Profile: All of the bold pomegranate-fresh red fruit jumps out. Smashing stuff to serve at antipasti o'clock, with cheese, with meats, with great gusto.
Winemaking Process: Destemmed over 15% whole bunches, pump over twice a day, 2 weeks in Open 4000L concrete fermenters, basket pressed, Elevage in 500L puncheons & some 228L

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
