Domaine des Dieux Josephine Pinot Noir 2015

Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Pinot Noir from the Hemel-En-Aarde valley region of South Africa.

Taste Profile: The bouquet is inviting and perfumed with delicate dark red fruits, floral notes and earthy, cinnamon tones. In the mouth, bright red fruits, fresh acidity and sleek, supple tannins complete this soft finessed wine.

Winemaking Process: The wine is macerated & left in the tank for 6-8 weeks, before being pressed off into small French oak vats and left to mature for 10 months.

Elegant & Structured Reds

From Barolo to Bordeaux, these wines are steeped in tradition. The style covers a broad spectrum of flavor profiles, but tend to be elegant and structured and can be cellared for a long time.
