Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Vidiano from Crete. The fruit comes from vineayrds in the Heraklion
Taste Profile: Aromatic stonefruit & citrus fruit, with an undertone of herbal aromas. It has a full velvety mouthfeel and mineral notes
Pale mid straw colour. Attractive aromas of tropical peach, nectarine and citrus with hints of florals and mineral notes. The palate is juicy and full textured with long delightful aftertaste.
Winemaking Process: The fruit was destemmed and slightly crushed, then undergoes a 4 hour skin maceration. The free run juice was led into a mixture of tank and oak, where it ferments for 20 days. About half of the wine matures in oak for 1.5 months before bottling

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
