Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Trebbiano from Emilia Romagna, Italy. The vines come from Fiumana di Predappio (Forlì, Italy), planted on yellow clay soil with limestone and Sulphur minerals.
Taste Profile: Straw yellow with golden reflections within. Soft aromas of delicate fruit scents, lemon zest, florals and citrus notes combined. On the palate, it envelops with pear, lemon citrus and herbal notes on a bright and lively structure
Winemaking Process: Spontaneous fermentation of Trebbiano must with partial skin contact. The fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Ageing for 6 months on lees in stainless steel tanks with a small quote of skins and minimum 4 months in bottle.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
