Taste Profile: A complex mix of fresh apricots, hay, and bright herbaceous notes. Some tasters note a delicate "smoky" aroma from its time in oak. Crisp and textural with mouth-watering acidity. It balances clean fruit with a distinct minerality and a creamy, lingering finish.
Winemaking Process: Grapes are hand-picked and processed using a small-batch pneumatic or old champagne press to ensure a silky mouthfeel without harsh tannins. The wine undergoes natural fermentation to develop a broader spectrum of flavors, and is aged in oak

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
