Taste Profile: Blond, straw-gold colour in the glass. Opens with a fresh and light nose of apples, pear and peaches. Rich mouthfeel with a tangy sweetness to match the aromas that follow through to the palate and emerging hints of almonds.
Winemaking Process: Vinification in Épernay, capital of Champagne, in the Bauget-Jouette cellars. It then rests at a constant temperature (11°C) in the cellars, which were dug in the 18th century at a depth of 27 meters in the chalk soils.
