Winemaking Process: Gentle crushing before whole bunch pressing. Wild yeast tank fermentation and fortnightly battonage. No fining and lightly filtered before bottle.
Provence rose is going to be the classic representation of this wine style. Usually, these roses emit a salmon pink hue, and Cinsault is a common grape varietal to make these wines, but Syrah & Pinot noir are other rising varietals to produce wines in a similar style
