LS Merchants Rose 2021

Grape Varietals & Region: 60% Tempranillo and 40% Shiraz from old vines in the Swan Valley

Taste Profile: Think Cranberry, watermelon, orange oil, spice and a long, velvety mouthfeel

Winemaking Process: Gentle crushing before whole bunch pressing. Wild yeast tank fermentation and fortnightly battonage. No fining and lightly filtered before bottle.

Crisp & Dry Rosé

Provence rose is going to be the classic representation of this wine style. Usually, these roses emit a salmon pink hue, and Cinsault is a common grape varietal to make these wines, but Syrah & Pinot noir are other rising varietals to produce wines in a similar style
