Taste Profile: Intense ruby with hints of scarlet. On the nose there is an energy that shows brilliant notes of cherry and licorice, red and dark berries and fine spices that adds to the palate's structure. Not overly extracted despite a long maceration, which allows the aromas to accompany the long length and complexity.
Winemaking Process: Vinification in stainless steel vats, followed by vat & bottle maturation before release
Powerful modern reds with the ability to age. They tend to be very intense, with ripe fruit, firm tannins & drinkability either young or cellared.
