Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Riesling from the Dhroner Hofberg vineyards of Mosel, Germany. With an average vineyard age of 50 years old, planted on devonia slate with Quarzite. The vineyards are located deeper in the valley of the side Dhroner Hofberg where we have a cooler climate and the grapes ripen more slowly.
Taste Profile: Offers a superb nose of bitter lemon, herbs, and spices. The wine develops a great sense of juiciness with subtle creaminess on the palate and leaves a fresh and subtle touch of pear, freshly-cut apple, and fine spices in the long finish. The aftertaste is superbly tart and firm.
Winemaking Process: The vinification took place in a stainless steel tank with spontaneous fermentation, and the maturation is completed in the tank as well on lees
