Taste Profile: A beautiful aromatic expression of this fickle Italian grape. Elegant nose with spice, cloves and soft red and dark fruit. This wine hits the mid-palate with ripe berries and hints of what can only be described as Christmas cake. Soft with a bright acid backbone, this is a wonderful expression that will certainly keep you wanting another glass.

With vines first planted in 1998, ’28’ is the colloquial name for the Port Lincoln Ringneck in WA, apparently due to their contact call – a whistled “twen-ty-eight” which can be heard across the south-west forests.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
