Chateau Rongzi Collection Cuvee I 2012
Grape Varietals & Region: 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Cabernet Franc, 11% Marselan, and 2% Merlot from Shanxi, China.
Taste Profile: Complex tertiary aromas of sandalwood, blackcurrant, and cassis. The palate is refined and elegant, with fully evolved tannins, fresh acidity, and a long, persistent finish.
Winemaking Process: A Bordeaux-inspired blend aged for 12 months in 225-litre French oak barrels, with 37% new oak. Produced as part of the limited RONGZI COLLECTION series, where selected wines are cellared by the winery until they reach peak maturity and drinking readiness.
Blended by Chief Winemaker Zhang Huining in collaboration with Jean-Claude Berrouet, former Chief Winemaker of Château Pétrus.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
