Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Merlot from a selection of parcels Chianti sub region of Tuscany, Italy. The fruit comes from 3 vineyards - Vigna Casalferro, Vigna Pecchierino, and Vigna Sodacci, which have different compositions of sand, rocks, and limestone soils
Taste Profile: Intense ruby red color. Rich and powerful nose, with hints of dark fruits: blackberry, cranberry, plum, and spices. Voluminous and warm, with delicate and enveloping tannins. The nose returns in the finish. The typical expression of the merlot from Brolio
Winemaking Process: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature with 14-18 days of skin contact. The wine then spends 21 months in tonneaux and barriques of which 30% are new oak and the remaining 70% are of second and third passage

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
