Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Nebbiolo from Lombardy, Italy.
The grapes are sourced from the historic Sassella subzone of the Valtellina Superiore DOCG. The steep, rocky, terraced vineyards face southeast and are situated between 400 and 550 meters above sea level
Taste Profile: Bright ruby-red with garnet reflections. The nose is noted for its complexity and alpine character, with notes of red fruit (cherry, raspberry, red currant), dried flowers (rose, violet, geranium), and savory, earthy tones (undergrowth, wet leaves, licorice, spices like pepper and nutmeg). On the palate, the wine is intense, balanced, and fresh. It features flavors of cherry, orange peel, and herbs, with silky, chalky, and well-integrated tannins. The finish is long, savory, and persistent
Winemaking Process: The wine undergoes a long, 102-day maceration in wooden vats, followed by 15 months of aging in large oak barrels and concrete tanks before bottling

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
