Wild, iron-fisted, and beautifully Alpine — Savoie's most exciting reds, from vines that cling to near-vertical hillsides.
Grape Varietals & Region: A new blend for this vintage: 92% Mondeuse Noire and 8% Persan, from organically farmed vines planted on two slopes in the villages of Saint-Pierre-de-Soucy and Arbin, with west and south-facing exposure on schistose marl and clay-limestone scree soils. Produced under the IGP Vin des Allobroges designation in Savoie, France. Brice has 9.5 hectares in and around Saint-Pierre-de-Soucy, on schist-based hillsides with a significant limestone-clay component.
Taste Profile: The bouquet leaps from the glass with exotic complexity — violets, spicy red fruits, pomegranates, and rich iron minerals. On the palate, crunchy small red fruits are framed by a peppery touch and refreshing acidity, with supple tannins and a fluid, balanced structure — no excessive extraction, just pure pleasure. This is a wine built for the table, equally at home with charcuterie, grilled meats, or roasted vegetables.
Winemaking Process: Grapes are hand-harvested, then vinified with a short maceration using at least 50% whole clusters. The wine is aged for 8 months in concrete tanks before being bottled at the estate in spring 2025 with only a micro-dose of sulphur. The approach in the cellar revolves around minimal intervention, with malolactic fermentation completed and total sulphur kept around 30mg/l at bottling

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
