Grape Varietals & Region: Gamay grapes from 50 year old vines on terroir of decomposed granite, quartz and clay. Coming from Lantignie in Beaujolais, France
Taste Profile: Earthy aromas that open up into floral notes, strawberry, and a touch of cocoa or dark chocolate. Vibrant red fruits like cranberry, cherry, and blackberry. It features a silky texture, fresh acidity, and a light mineral grip.
Winemaking Process: Semi carbonic maceration in concrete and stainless steel with a bit direct press gamay. After pressing this all goes into a big fiberglass dome where the wine has still room to dance and finish the fermentation. Then aged for more than 10 months before bottling in the same dome.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
