Grape Varietals & Region: A blend of Garnacha & Carinena from Priorat, Spain. It is sourced from old vines in Gratallops, the heart of Priorat. The vines grow on llicorella soils, that fragmented slate so characteristic that forces the roots to strive, imparting tension, depth, and mineral character to the wine
This was Josep Grau's first Priorat label, which he started in 2020, from his base on Montsant
Taste Profile: On the nose, it unveils generous aromas of red fruits such as strawberries and cherries, accompanied by a subtle hint of spices like black pepper. These intertwine with balsamic notes that impart depth and freshness to the ensemble. On the palate, it presents a vibrant acidity that enhances its Mediterranean character, leaving a pleasurable and lingering sensation with each sip
Winemaking Process: In the winery, fermentation takes place in Austrian oak foudres, and the wine is aged for 10 months in French oak barrels, refining without losing its identity

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
