Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Chardonnay from the Maconnais in Burgundy, France.
Jessica has taken over just 2ha of the family estate; her father Jean-Jacques was also a vigneron – she has immediately started organic farming with the knowledge that this cuts yields but catapults quality.
Taste Profile: A precise and generous Mâcon – as is often the case with Jessica Litaud – offering a delicate nose of yellow fruits, fresh hazelnut and flint. The palate, structured and bright, reveals an assertive minerality and a beautiful length.
Winemaking Process: Direct press & a 10-12 month spell on lees in older oak barrels

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
