Champagne Les Freres Mignon l'Aventure Blanc de Blancs Champagne Premier Cru NV
Champagne Les Freres Mignon l'Aventure NV is a non-vintage Champagne produced by Les Freres Mignon, a family-owned Champagne house located in the Champagne region of France. This Champagne offers a delightful and adventurous expression, showcasing the craftsmanship and expertise of the Mignon family.
Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Chardonnay. Each of the wines is demarcated by village, except for L’Aventure, which is a blend of Chardonnay from Cuis, Avize, and Cramant.
Taste Profile: The Champagne L'Aventure is wonderfully fresh and pays perfect homage to the terroir and the grapes. The nose opens with ripe yellow citrus a soft candied lemon peel. the palate is soft and creamy. Lemon notes and a soft minerality brings harmony.
Winemaking Process: Les Freres Mignon follows traditional Champagne production methods to create their l'Aventure NV. Florent deploys and precise but restrained approach in the cellar, using only around 1.5-2g of dosage, and only adding SO2 directly after harvest, never during any other phase of production. After pressing, the juice is transferred into French oak (225l barriques and 600l demi-muids), where the wines undergo natural fermentation and are then left to age for around 1 year. The wine is then bottled and left to age for roughly 2 years in bottle before disgorgement release.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
